Strong oral and written communication skills— Analytical/evaluative thinker. Excellent attention to detail

Prior investment experience in the biomedical/healthcare industry, additional experience in a startup or innovation setting (Business Development, External Innovation, Strategy Consulting)

Support investment view development base on innovation trends combined with an in-depth understanding of patient-centric unmet need, Including company/technology landscaping activities

Contribute to deal flow funnel

Google, Navis Certification & Software experience preferred

Must have one year of Opera experience

Must reside in the USA Mainland.

Evaluate financial results relative to budget and other benchmark data including providing commentary for management reviews.

Support business on financial planning and performance management including annual and ad-hoc budget processes.

Partner with our teams to lead the best financial results including performance management.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or equivalent work experience

3+ years of finance experience including FP&A experience in Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Services

Experience in the managed care, healthcare or insurance

Experience in CDMO management and working closely with Quality Assurance and Clinical Supply Chain Management functions

Skilled in risk management, deviation and root-cause investigations, and CAPAs

PhD/MS/BS in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry

They should have hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment and drug product manufacturing

Experience with filtration systems, filling lines, filling isolators, and environmental monitoring is also required

Experience writing CMC sections of IND and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing is highly preferred

Travel, Entertainment, or Hospitality background with transformation experience desired

Assist with reverse logistics program management

Collect and manage Purchase Order shipment data in ERP to drive seamless receiving operations at the warehouse

1-3 years work experience in operations, logistics, ecommerce, or cx

Strong communication skills, ability to be concise and clear with both internal teams and third party partners
