H.S. Diploma: General Education (Required)

0 to 2 years of experience in commercial loan documents, experience in commercial real estate loan documents preferred. (Required)

Possess good organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

Possess excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to loan servicing.

Experience in real estate lending processing and documentation is beneficial.

Prepare payoff quotes as written requests are received from escrow companies, branches and clients.

Receive and post incoming payoff checks and insure any overages are returned to the client.

Prepare the lien release for real estate secured loans.

Accurate and consistent performance of daily insurance functions.

Perform post-closing quality control on modified and newly funded loans.
