Support the development of coaching skills with leaders and people managers across departments to embed learning initiatives.

Skilled in constructing and executing effective learning programs, including instructional design, and facilitation.

A proven track record of exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Partnering with stakeholders across the business to undertake learning needs analysis and effectively sharing insights and solutions.

Working closely with key internal subject matter experts to assist in designing and facilitating learning initiatives and programs.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong knowledge of legal applications including document management systems, comparison tools and billing/time recording systems

Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous deadlines, required

Working knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

Minimum of 3 years' classroom or virtual training experience (legal environment required)

Experience creating training videos, animations or online materials using Adobe Captivate or Camtasia

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly

People management and leadership experience is a plus.

Demonstrated organization skills; project management and change management skills.

Conduct project management to ensure project efforts remain on target, stakeholders are informed and involved, and resources are utilized effectively.

Proficiency in learning tools such as learning authoring tools (eg. Articulate 360) and Learning Management Systems (eg. Litmos).

Support the development of knowledge transfer plans within the scope of L&E.

4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
