Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students seeking information about the institution's higher education programs.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a genuine interest in their educational goals.

2-4 years of phone based experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in enrollment advising, admissions, or student recruitment is a plus.

Experience with SalesForce is a plus

Enrollment Administration Manager (EAM), Financial Reconciliation Manager (FRM) experience

Identify opportunities for process improvement while ensuring accuracy and compliance requirements are intact

Maintain up to date Enrollment Business Requirement Documents, Desk-Level Procedures, and Job Aids that meet compliance & client requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Health Insurance Enrollment

QNXT and or Facets Enrollment experience

Medicare Managed Care, Health Insure Exchanges, and Billing support

Reviews and analyzes account activity and payers explanations of benefits to verify payments and adjustments have been received and applied accurately.

Less than 2 Years call center experience required or

Less than 2 Years medical billing experience required or

Less than 2 Years medical insurance experience required or

Less than 2 Years collections experience required

Routes accounts for review and resolution.
