Support project financial tracking and reporting requirements, including project control and account resolution

High School or Equivalent Education

Coordinate and plan project/office administration and support

Provide general office support, documentation support, project administration, administrative and secretarial support, and human resource support

Perform other administrative and support functions as assigned

Arrange travel for business and vacation customers

Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs

Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips

Find fare and schedule information

Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions

Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas

Excellent and quick decision-making skills

Offer potential clients a comprehensive price quote for destination packages

Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Discuss itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, transportation methods and lodging possibilities depending on the clients' interests

Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other trip components with clients and process authorized payments

Manage bookings from start to finish ensuring smooth execution.

Prior experience in travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Find the best deals on airline, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and event/ticket sales for clients.
