3-5 years years flood insurance processing or relevant loan or business experience required

Knowledge of Bank Core Systems (Fiserv/Loans for example), and Imaging Systems

Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responds to Member Bank flood related questions by maintaining the flood processing e-mail box and fax box.

Performs all necessary flood steps in accordance with processes and procedures aligned with federal regulation.

1+ years' experience in project and change management. Preferably in a Finance setting

Strong organization and project management skills.

Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, SCRUM, SAP Activate, SAFe) & tools.

Experience in change and stakeholder management.

Responsible for professional project management office support.

Support management team in the creation of high-quality presentations for C-Level.

3+ years of project management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or combination of education, training, and experience.

Lead, develop, and coach the monitoring engineers and manage performance according to the organization’s values and goals.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure monitoring engineer capabilities and proficiencies are established and maintained.
