Clear knowledge of and adherence to all facility policies and procedures.
Daily preparation of nutritious and varied meals utilizing Federal Standardized Recipes.
Follow daily cleaning schedule for assigned shift (see attached).
Inventory all knives at the beginning and end of each shift.
Properly operate and maintain kitchen and appliances.
