Overview Reliability Maintenance Engineer 3 is responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment and systems. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and providing technical support to other departments. Reliability Maintenance Engineer 3 is responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and systems.
• Providing technical support to other departments.
• Ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment and systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Developing and implementing corrective action plans.
• Assisting in the development of new equipment and systems.
• Assisting in the development of new maintenance procedures.
• Assisting in the development of new safety procedures.
• Assisting in the development of new training programs.
• Assisting in the development of new quality control procedures.
• Assisting in the development of new cost control procedures.
• Assisting in the development of new process control procedures.
• Assisting in the development of new environmental control procedures.
