Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Identify financial needs of customers and present all appropriate product and service options by working cooperatively with appropriate internal business partners.

Onboard new customers through customer outreach (regardless of available channel, and individual who opened account)

Performing program and event management.

Analyze current trends in education, early and emergent literacy to correlate programming with educational standards.

Develop, plan, schedule and deliver routine and special programs and events.

Create reading lists and information material pamphlets for use in-house and for distribution to community partners.

Create and maintain web pages, virtual galleries and social media for events and programs.

Distribute, collect and analyze surveys and evaluations; utilize data to improve programming and obtain funding for programs.
