Review operational requirements and support requests

Coordinate with other offices to align data and analytic capabilities and develop efficient processes

2+ years’ statistical data analysis experience

A solid knowledge of a statistical or database coding language

High level of analysis & problem-solving skills; analyzing problems and finding appropriate solutions on a daily basis

Completing ad-hoc analysis; including but not limited to Credit, Customer, Marketing and Product Research

Building and supporting data structures that can be leveraged by business units across the organization

Work with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical

Assist other IT Service Management teams when necessary to support resource capacity and IT

Collect, clarify, and analyze data and business requirements for new or revised dashboards &

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Experience with building tiles/dashboards in PowerBI

2+ years' experience with PowerBI

Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing to a range of audiences

Professional experience in private practice or government agency

Experience conducting externally funded research

Experience managing, teaching, and conducting research in a laboratory setting
