Detailed Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends and all shifts.
• Monitor patient care and ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
• Ensure that nursing staff is providing quality care and that all patient care policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide guidance and support to the nursing staff.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the nursing staff.
• Ensure that all nursing staff is properly trained and certified.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of infection control initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient education programs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of staff development programs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of risk management initiatives.
