Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is a position responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the unit. The Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the unit. The Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is also responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating patient care, and providing education to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Unit Prn is responsible for ensuring that the patient’s medical needs are met and that the patient is receiving the highest quality of care.
