Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to assess patients and to identify physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and age-related needs in

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.

Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

Effective communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Acute care, Labor and Delivery, and Maternity experience preferred.

Full-Time, 30 hours per week, Day shift. Weekend and holiday rotation.

Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients, and family member.
