Registered Nurse New Graduates Illinois Jobs in Iowa

Actively seeks additional education opportunities to increase emergency medicine knowledge base.

Provides education to patients/families/significant others, incorporating patient population-specific criteria and assessment of readiness to learn.

Demonstrates knowledge and ability to use necessary patient care equipment.

Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac monitoring; identifies dysrhythmias and treats appropriately based on orders and ACLS protocol.

Maintains competent knowledge of all procedures and adheres to procedure protocol.

Demonstrates competency to manage all areas of emergency nursing involving different body systems within age specific criteria.

Willing to consider New Grad RN’s as well as experienced RN’s that may not have specific experience to this department.

Current certification required for the following areas of nursing practice:

Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend

New Graduate RN with a BSN/BAN degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.

Maple Grove Hospital Team Members will be considered with a 2-year degree.
