Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive insight into medication management.

NPI (for new grads we can extend an offer contingent on obtaining the NPI).

Board certification (AANP or ANCC).

Conduct virtual/remote video visits with patients.

Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history.

Attends mandatory training and educational programs as required.

Facilitates staff, patient and family decision making by providing educational tools.

Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Performs and documents complete physical examinations and comprehensive health histories.

Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for patients.

Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs.

Education: Masters Degree in Nursing

Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

License/Certification: Current, full, active and unrestricted nursing license from any state; ANCC or AANP certification.

Life Support Certification: Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Extensive knowledge of physical assessment, differential diagnosis, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and management of acute chronic patient problems

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice

Graduate of an accredited program in nursing, MS in nursing is required

Licensed by the State of Florida

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Maintains inventory and ordering of medical supplies, assisting with recertification of clinic licensing and applications for medical supplies.

Experience in pediatrics, sexual and physical abuse.

Consults with Case Coordinators, Program Coordinators and participates in Case Reviews and Team Staffing's.

Provides depositions and court testimony as required.

Contributes to the development, implementation, and expansion of programs and initiatives.

Participates in meetings, functions, events, and committees, as well as in a team of interdisciplinary health care providers.
