What is Registered Nurse RN Emergency Dept PRN Skill Requirements?

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and pharmacology
• Ability to assess and prioritize patient care needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Ability to use medical equipment and technology

What is Registered Nurse RN Emergency Dept PRN Qualifications?

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in an emergency department setting preferred

What is Registered Nurse RN Emergency Dept PRN Knowledge?

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and pharmacology
• Knowledge of emergency department protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of patient assessment and triage
• Knowledge of medications and their uses
• Knowledge of medical equipment and technology

What is Registered Nurse RN Emergency Dept PRN Experience?

• Previous experience in an emergency department setting preferred
• Previous experience in a critical care setting preferred

What is Registered Nurse RN Emergency Dept PRN Responsibilities?

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in patient condition
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain patient confidentiality
