Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 10 years

Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated abilities to foster ideas across functions and with peers.

Manage and develop the division talent in collaboration with HR and segment leadership.

Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience

Demonstrate the strategic value to regional clients/prospects by bringing targeted solutions from full portfolio of services.

Establish and manage departmental budget

8+ years’ experience in operational leadership positions

Experience working in a previous multi-state, operational role essential

Previous experience in Optometry or Ophthalmology essential

Bachelors' degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related degree essential

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Building and developing a top-notch management team across all branches

Managing and mentoring managers across all businesses, including leadership development and succession planning

Has experience building, leading, inspiring and motivating large teams

Financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and strong analysis skills

Problem-solving skills and ability to understand data

Creating and implementing both long and short-term strategic plans for the organization in partnership with the CEO
