The Regional Human Resources Director will provide guidance and support to the organization’s management team in the areas of recruitment, selection, performance management, employee relations, and labor relations. This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external organizations, such as labor unions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
