What Characteristics and Qualifications You Will Need

This leader will manage our facilities within the greater Toledo, OH area.

You are coaching, developing, and mentoring our outstanding group of Chief CRNAs and building leadership bench strength.

You are serving as a key player in our growth strategy for your market by participating in the business development/start-up cycle.

You remain clinically proficient and active.

Selects prepares and administers anesthetic agents or other agents administered in management of anesthetic care.

Performs tracheal intubation and extubation, airway management.

Obtains blood samples. Performs and manages regional anesthetic.

Manages patients fluid, blood, electrolyte and acid base balance

Certified or eligible for certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetist

Current CRNA, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications

3-5 years of relevant management experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
