Regional Director Of Café Operations Jobs in Virginia

Sales and Revenue Management experience preferred

Selects, develops, leads and mentors management team members

Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Minimum 10 years of experience in the hotel industry

Experience in multi-unit leadership strongly preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Actively Participates in Sales Initiatives including but not limited to weekly teleconferencing calls and revenue management calls.

Manage human resources functions of the hotel by controlling turnover, motivating employees, focusing on employee development, and retention

Effectively monitor Accounts Receivable and P&Ls with General Managers monthly to ensure company compliance

Creates a clear system of accountability for General Managers

Implement ways for General Managers to hold employees accountable in their job performance

Negotiate skillfully to settle differences in line with company goals and objectives without damaging relationships
