Overview Recreation Services Specialists are responsible for providing recreational services to the public. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities and programs for individuals and groups of all ages. They may also be responsible for managing recreational facilities, such as parks, playgrounds, and sports fields. Detailed Job Description Recreation Services Specialists are responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities and programs for individuals and groups of all ages. They may also be responsible for managing recreational facilities, such as parks, playgrounds, and sports fields. They must be knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of the facilities they manage and must ensure that all safety regulations are followed. They must also be able to communicate effectively with the public, staff, and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of recreational activities and programs

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, leisure studies, or a related field
• Previous experience in recreation services
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of recreational facility management

• Previous experience in recreation services

• Plan, organize, and implement recreational activities and programs for individuals and groups of all ages
