Detailed Job Description A Recreation Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, and leading recreational activities and programs for a variety of age groups. They must be able to create and implement programs that are safe, fun, and engaging for participants. They must also ensure that all activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They must be able to manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and supervise staff. They must also be able to develop and maintain relationships with community partners. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Sports Management, or related field
• At least two years of experience in recreation program coordination
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
