They are responsible for developing and implementing activities and programs that meet the needs of the community, as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. They must also manage staff, budget, and resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, leisure studies, or a related field
• Previous experience in recreation management
• Certification in recreation management or related field
• CPR and First Aid certification

• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management
