Assistant Director, Disability Resource Center

Experience reading and interpreting neuropsychological evaluations.

Overview The Recovery and Resource Center Assistant is responsible for providing support to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This position is responsible for providing resources, referrals, and support to individuals in recovery and their families. Detailed Job Description The Recovery and Resource Center Assistant is responsible for providing support to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This position is responsible for providing resources, referrals, and support to individuals in recovery and their families. The Recovery and Resource Center Assistant will also provide assistance with the development of recovery plans, provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery, and provide referrals to appropriate resources. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• At least two years of experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders
• Certification in substance use disorder treatment
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Ability to provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery
• Ability to develop recovery plans
• Ability to provide referrals to appropriate resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Computer literacy
