Overview The Record Retention Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's records retention program. This includes ensuring that records are properly stored, managed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Record Retention Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to records retention and disposal. Detailed Job Description The Record Retention Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's records retention program. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures related to records retention and disposal, ensuring that records are properly stored, managed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance and training to staff on records retention and disposal. The Record Retention Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and auditing records retention and disposal activities, and ensuring that records are properly archived and disposed of in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of records retention and disposal laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to train and provide guidance to staff
• Ability to monitor and audit records retention and disposal activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Records Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in records management
• Knowledge of records retention and disposal laws and regulations
• Knowledge of archiving and records management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in records management
