Responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff

Answers telephones, record and channel information

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Perform computer input duties in our customer management system

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Computer skills with proficiency in word and excel creation

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Basic office skills such as typing, computer and filing.

Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

The ability to learn new skills quickly, retain information trained on and apply skills learned on a continuous basis.

Answer leads and logging them in a timely manner.

Confirm all patients, as well as call list provided.

Take inventory of snacks and office supplies.
