One year of related experience in purchasing (procurement) or library technical services required.
Reading knowledge of at least one foreign language required with preference toward knowledge in Perso-Arabic scripts strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or other spreadsheet software.
