Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System), Order Management, and SAP to facilitate the shipping process from beginning to end

Manage daily flow of all jockey service, live drivers for outside storage warehouse loads/unloads, and dock schedule

1+ years’ experience providing customer service in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment

Process necessary paperwork for shipping needs and audit exercises

Communicate inventory updates to warehouse personnel to inform operations planning

Maintain flow of pick tickets from WMS and prepare pick lists

4+ years of inventory management experience

Starting pay is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour/depending on experience.

Picking and packing of commercial map orders for a wide variety of customers ranging from large distributors to small businesses

Using PC-based shipping and inventory software (Starship and MS Dynamics)

Receiving, unpacking, and storing product shipments from manufacturers

Ordering and storing shipping materials (boxes, tubes, cartons, labels)

General office tasks and work area maintenance

Mail and package distribution to the staff in the Evergreen, CO office

oVerify contents and record incoming shipments

oOrganize incoming shipments by vendor and part number for easier checking in processes

oAllocating and putting away stock once counted to the appropriate locations

oReceiving product into accounting system according to receipt of goods

oReporting any shortages or issues with deliveries to appropriate departments.
