Credit memos into various systems: CT, oracle, Infoship, Mapper and Moxie systems

Moderate to advanced PC skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook

Perform accurate receiving transactions in SAP (basic data entry)

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Minimum six months related experience

Assist purchasing, traffic, end user and stockrooms in resolving problems with receipts and supplier invoices

Communicates cycle count variances with management

Regularly brings areas of concern to management's attention

Brings safety issues to the attention of the Manager

Knowledge of receiving/inventory control principles, practices and protocols

Knowledge of dimensional lumber, panels, and other building products

Prepare journalist reservations and itineraries in coordination with the VIP Services team, restaurant General Managers, spa and Recreations team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 years Public Relations/Marketing/Communications experience.

Experience as a forklift driver preferred.

Checks in freight and UPS.

Ensures packing lists match the freight received.

Verifies that all freight is correct.
