Develop new reporting or sourcing tools to assist investment teams, senior management, and other stakeholders around the organization.

Experience in estimating statistical or econometric relationships.

Knowledge of modern data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques (e.g., decision trees, regressions and machine learning).

Knowledge of multivariate statistics or econometrics.

8-10+ years of real estate experience required

Strong analytical and financial skills

Consultancy skills, including creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply value creating insights to client decision-making processes

Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with the Research Team’s clients

Conduct analysis to include in quarterly global macroeconomic, property sector and capital markets updates and Investment Committee presentations

Good analytical skills, knowledge of analytical frameworks.

Previous experience in Market Research, NGO experience is a bonus

You have experience developing proposals and articulating your findings

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal)

Market Research Associate must be willing to attend the meetings in EST Timezone and be responsive to emails within 36 hours.
