Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift

Miscellaneous duties when traffic is low; including but not limited to: litter control, painting, cleaning, stocking supplies, organizing, etc.

Applied knowledge of technology, techniques and methodologies for mining database information

Applied knowledge of principles and methodologies for analyzing data from multiple sources and compiling findings into usable reports

Terminology, function and fundamental capabilities of common computer, software, information and communication technology devices, components, and concepts

Becomes familiar with Coordination requirements with Pipeline Scheduling, Refinery Operations, Pipeline and Terminal Partners, and Field Operations personnel.

No experience is required: 1 year Control Center, Pipeline or Terminal operations experience is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills are required

Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in navigation of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook products required

Strong attention to detail, with the knowledge of petroleum products and industry terminology

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work well with senior management.

Advise managers in financial matters where appropriate.

Work with the field finance groups, corporate team, and other business units on accounting, reporting, and analysis projects.

2-3 years’ experience in accounting with previous leadership experience. Public accounting (audit) experience desired.

High competency with ERP accounting software, spreadsheets, databases, data extraction, and MS Tools. Infor Lawson or Great Plains experience a plus.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
