Organizes and prioritizes complex coding work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital targets.

Assigns the most appropriate diagnosis and procedures to reflect the utilization of resources during the patient encounter.

Recognizes documentation clarification opportunities to ensure it supports all codes and designation assignments. Initiates coding queries or tasks.

Serves as a clinical coding subject matter expert.

Critical Thinking (Advanced): The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgment.

Proven functional knowledge of marketing, marketing platforms, demand generation, and lead management.

Solid project management and prioritization skills, ability to create order and drive execution within a Kanban or sprint-focused technology team.

3+ years working in a project management tool like Jira and/or Asana

5+ years experience in marketing operations or marketing systems analysis, preferably in a fast paced hyper-growth environment.

3+ years’ experience with system integrations, data mappings, configurations, implementations, data migration and administration.

3+ years experience working on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or other CRM products.

Mentor and help foster the skills of core and junior developers

Conduct research to identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can be used to enhance the user experience

Design and maintain robust architecture for generalized and modular software components

Lead the development and implementation of technology-focused strategies for each project

Identify and mitigate technical risks

Follow best practices for design and code standards

Pursues individual education and career development opportunities, emphasizing those for new procedures and equipment.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.

Utilizes sterile technique when performing invasive procedures.

Recognizes emergent patient situations and responds quickly and appropriately.

Thoroughly and accurately completes all required documentation, including time stamps and image storage.
