Radiology Archive Technician Jobs in Iowa

Significant manual skills / motor coord & finger dexterity

Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force

Significant exposure to dirt, odor, noise, human waste, etc.

At least one year of experience as a Radiation Technologist.

Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance is required.

BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Ortho experience is highly preferred.

Counsels patients on radiographic examinations.

Lifts and correctly positions patients onto examination tables in order to achieve desired radiographic results.

Collaborate with members of the correspondence team and project manager to meet project performance objectives;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail;

Experience with XML (Extensible Markup Language) and Oxygen XML Editor;

Experience working on or with a digital archive or online project;

Experience working both independently and in fast-paced, collaborative team- and project-oriented work environments.
