Overview Radiation Health Physics Technicians are responsible for monitoring and controlling radiation exposure in a variety of settings. They are responsible for ensuring that radiation exposure is kept to a minimum and that safety protocols are followed. They also provide advice and guidance on radiation safety and health physics. Detailed Job Description Radiation Health Physics Technicians are responsible for monitoring and controlling radiation exposure in a variety of settings. They are responsible for ensuring that radiation exposure is kept to a minimum and that safety protocols are followed. They also provide advice and guidance on radiation safety and health physics. They may be responsible for conducting radiation surveys, monitoring radiation levels, and providing radiation safety training. They may also be responsible for maintaining radiation safety records and equipment, and for conducting radiation safety inspections. Job Skills Required
