Communicate status updates to administrative staff and areas of concern to the Lead and Management.

At least 3-5 years of professional experience

Experience in the repair of all types of timepieces

Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong English language usage and grammatical skills

Experience working in a luxury retail environment

Experience in embossing and/or machine engraving

Work closely with local management to ensure quality control standards or repairs

Work closely with management on any specific temporary projects

Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required

Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI 21 or similar certification

2 – 3 year’s watchmaking experience

Experience in escapement and hairspring adjustments

Experience working with a CRM and pipeline management

Effectively manage time and resources to ensure personal and team sales targets are met.

Provide leadership, collaboration, knowledge & expertise to warehouse staff relative to Wilsonart Quartz and Solid Surface.

Maintain knowledge of complete Wilsonart product line.

Experience within the quartz and solid surface industry and corresponding products

Experience with sales and marketing principles, material handling, specification sales & channel sales
