Maintains a positive attitude in the presence of other line cooksEncourages team to push through busy services

Be knowledgeable of federal and state requirements for craft beverage analysis

Identify relevant funding sources for extension trials and educational programming, including grant submission

Design and plan conferences, workshops, short courses and other educational events for state and regional industry stakeholders

Take lead role in conferences, workshops, and other educational programming aimed at state and regional stakeholders

Conduct participatory educational events for primary stakeholder groups

Devise appropriate service fee schedule for analyses offered

§ Inventory management and ordering as a part of the laboratory staff.

· Strong verbal communication, writing skills, and experience with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Minitab).

§ Data entry and analysis including excel spreadsheet development and expansion.

· Basic computer skills including using the internet and using MS Office software.

§ Previous laboratory experience in food / beverage industry.

§ Cicerone certifications are a plus
