Collaboratively serve as a HCM&T divisional resource with the Manager for health plan quality ratings.

Provide Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) coaching to the Horizon providers community to improve the member experience.

Evaluate audit findings and prepare and distribute responses to operations staff and management.

Evaluate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations/guidelines and provide recommendations to management for continuous process improvements.

Maintains the electronic quality management system (eQMS) and provides support in relation to the audit lifecycle.

Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors.

Good technology word processing, spreadsheets and database applications skills and knowledge of MS Office applications

Manage Quality Issues and serious breach investigations.

Clinical trial development operations experience, specifically related to resource management and quality assurance.

Knowledgeable in Resource Management Systems (preferably Planisware).

Experience leading complex changes, which require in-depth change management and transition plans

Partner closely with CDS LT and their management teams to develop robust quality oversight and management of vendor services.

Strong project management expertise able to support teams through bottlenecks and areas of resource impact.

Strong experience in data analysis and demonstrated critical thinking skills

Preferred experience includes quality system lead auditor in the Diagnostic/Medical Device industries.

Specifically, the individual must have a working knowledge of Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) and International Standards (ISO13485).

The position requires significant product and systems-related knowledge.

Job Title - Compliance Auditor III

Audits will last an average of 5 days.

5 years related work experience in project management, QMS auditing, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Develop and communicate to management comprehensive recommendations based on audit conclusions to address or eliminate any identified non-conformances.

Prepare and submit audit reports to management detailing results and recommendations, and gain concurrence for recommended process improvements.

Complete required continued professional education or training to maintain professional certifications and subject area expertise.

Provide advisory input to management regarding development or implementation of corrective actions to address identified and/or potential issues.
