Quality Management System Engineer Jobs

Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager) are a plus.

Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance roles.

Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System to comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Generate regular reports and metrics to communicate the effectiveness of the QMS to management.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, etc.).

Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Collecting, Analyzing, and Compiling data for various Quality Management processes, including Management Review.

Partnering with cross-functional teams as required to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

Must be capable of assessing compliance requirements using sound judgement and decision-making skills.

Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist.

General knowledge of technical and medical device processes, validation procedures and analytical methodology.

Analyzing data to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.

Quality and quality management experience of minimum two (2) years

Integrity of the Quality Management System

Management of training content and delivery (multi-site, as assigned).

Manages and improves the Quality Management System (QMS) by:

Strong communication skills in the English language (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal)

SAP or similar ERP working knowledge.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Sufficient knowledge of tools necessary for strong data analysis.

3+ years of Systems QA or System Test experience, preferably on consumer electronics. Testing experience with mobile devices is a plus.

Demonstrates QA skills with at least 2 complete product cycles, from inception to customer shipment

Passionate about the customer experience and what we can do to improve it

Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills

Experience closing quality issues by working with a wide range of cross-functional teams

2 plus years Quality Management System experience

Build, maintain and improve the integrated management system

Implement the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality policy in collaboration with the plant manager and management team

Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution

2 plus years QA experience
