Quality Inspector Job Qualifications & Skills

Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry

Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities & Duties

Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions

Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area

Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required

Communicate findings to Operator, Supervisor, and Quality Manager.

Must be able to read and interpret work instructions and blue prints.

Must be very detail oriented.

Must have solid work ethic, motivation, and attention to detail.

Must be able to effectively communicate with others.

Inspects trailer and trailer components using bill of materials, sales orders, prints, measuring tools, and inspection procedures.

Qualifications, Educational Skills and ExperienceQualifications

Assist with any other plant needs that management determines to be necessary.

Technical certification or minimum of two years related experience in Quality Control required

Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge and basic use of a CMM to create reports and determine conformance.
