4-year Degree in Business Management, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing required with experience of Quality/Business Management Systems or 5-year equivalent experience.
2 years of experience deploying BMS (Business Management System) across an organization of an equal size
PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis); DFMEA knowledge or experience with common industry process classification frameworks
Determine quality requirements for raw materials and processing including close interaction with suppliers to ensure clear expectations
SAE AS9100D; 2016 Lead Auditor certified or equivalent quality systems certification.
Working knowledge of blueprint reading, common inspection techniques, geometric dimensioning and tolerance, chemical processing, and APQP
