This is a virtual/remote position, working from home.

Conduct audits in a professional, ethical, and objective manner using and interpreting applicable standards/requirements.

Maintain in-depth working knowledge of procedural changes, audit techniques, and plan automated systems, subsystems, and reference materials for assigned audit functions.

Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Resolve conflict directly and respectfully, engaging in challenging and important conversations to resolve audit findings.

Identify trends and the root cause of errors and recommend improved procedures/guidelines to Operations proactively.

Maintain a working knowledge of SOPs, Federal Regulations, Guidance Documents and accreditation standards for human research subjects’ protection

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Excellent organizational skills, managing conflicting demands and priorities, without compromising quality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of Federal regulations for human research (21 CFR 50, 56, 312, and 812; and 45 CFR 46)

Knowledge of inspection and quality control methods, techniques, and documentation

Manages the Complaints process from receipt to complaint record closure. Ensures compliance to global requirements.

Financial responsibilities and accountabilities to include department and capital budgeting and expenditures for areas of responsibility.

Manages updates for the Training system and implementation of applicable required training and training updates throughout the facility.

Must have good working knowledge of plant systems, processes, procedures, documentation, and products.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must be able to identify and implement process improvements.

Assure that his/her staff, supervisors, and employees follow all federal, state, and company requirements, such as OSHA, EPA, FDA.
