This role reports to the Tulsa General Manager and is responsible for manufacturing Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
Training and Quality Operating System (QOS) responsibilities have been split out.
Acts as a change agent within the facility. Facilitates improvements in processes.
Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.
Directly supervises 2-3 employees in the Quality Department.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Focused degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory and/or Engineering is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
