EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma. Possess at least 2 years of HVAC experience. Residential and Light Commercial knowledge. Service/Install experience
Complete the Post install Quality Control Scorecard and submit it to the Installation Manager weekly.
Facilitate training under the guidance of the Installation Manager to address opportunities, prevent further recalls and minimize customer concerns.
Handle customer concerns in a proactive and timely manner resulting in a positive experience for the customer.
Develop quarterly training schedule in collaboration with the Installation Manager.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups and/or co-workers of the organization.
