The Quality Control Lead is also responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures, as well as training and supervising quality control staff. This includes conducting inspections, testing, and analyzing data to ensure that all products and services meet the required standards. Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in quality control

• Knowledge of statistical process control
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
