Quality Control Laboratory Analyst Jobs in Iowa

FDA regulated industry (food, pharmaceutical or medical device) experience is required.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES

Pay range is $65k to $85k - Final compensation will depend on experience.

High School diploma or GED.

Time management and organizational skills being able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Field questions from various levels of management pertaining to testing results

Review and understand client specifications and benefit design builds through RxPlan and PharmScreens software platforms

Build/Run standard and custom batch claim files for clients in all lines of business and benefit design complexities

Perform benefit compare analysis between PharmScreens and RxPlan

Serve as point of contact for other departments troubleshooting plan/benefit configuration related questions through claims testing

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

May track and report deviation QC trends to management.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Assists coworkers and manager to manage and schedule all assigned quality control projects.

Participates in continuing education through self-study, attending training sessions and lectures and meetings.

Supports safety, quality, and 6S requirements and initiatives.

At least 3 years of experience reading and

Experience develop charting, read/write technical documents and build presentations.

Working knowledge of PDM, QADS, VAS, and SFM systems.

Experience with DCMA Customer integration and communication.

Experience with Aircraft Ground Operations Auditing/ Surveillance

Required F-16 technical experience in Prod Ops or Quality.
