Quality Business Operations Manager Jobs in Iowa

One (1) year supervisory experience in the areas of procurement, travel and accounting, account management and computerized accounting systems.

Must possess outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills, good time management and have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Working experience in Higher education and specifically at UMD strongly preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in the areas of procurement, travel and accounting.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Working knowledge of university software tools and/or systems such as Concur, KFS Workday as well as BA4 (Accounting Shadow System)

Proven experience in business operations, product management, or a similar role.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and initiatives to management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Planner, Jira, Trello, project management tools, and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
