Detailed Job Description The Quality Assurance Supervisor Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, procedures, and systems. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance plans, conducting quality assurance audits, and ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of quality. The Quality Assurance Supervisor Specialist is also responsible for overseeing the activities of the quality assurance team, including training and development, and providing guidance and support.
