Communication of non-conformances to upper management.

Evaluation of collected samples based on established specifications and requirements.

1-2+ years’ experience in field, laboratory, or production facility quality control.

Pay: $21 - $23 (depending on experience)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Assists QA Supervisor in ensuring that sanitation duties and responsibilities are met according to the Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOP’s.

Two (2) years related QA work experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Performs incoming inspections for ingredients and packaging; conducts COA and gold standard reviews; Reviews supplier documentation for compliance.

Performs production process control line checks; verifies metal detector and x-ray operations; verifies net weight program, verifies chocolate tempering readings.

1+ years work experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing, lab, military, or related environment

Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment including the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration

Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives

Assist in preparation for compliance audits

Be a technical expert for factory process and equipment

Oversee and ensure finished product specifications are maintained and updated as necessary
