Quality Assurance Coordinator Remote Weekends Pt Jobs in Arkansas

Data management from payor portals to support the CP&S Analysts.

Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; experience with creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Minimum 1 year experience working as MSS, LSS, Health Coach or Operations Assistant.

Previous experience making outbound calls to patients is required.

Demonstrated track record of strong quantitative and analytical skills required.

Knowledge of medicare quality measures is desired.

Assist in development of training programs to improve quality assurance skills and knowledge across the advertising and creative teams

Provide guidance and support to creative teams and Advertising Managers on quality assurance best practices, tools, and methodologies

1+ years of experience in quality assurance (advertising industry experience preferred)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues

Strong communication skills and mathematical understanding

Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies
