Experience working in higher education, preferably in academic advising, registrar's office, or a related area.

Strong knowledge of degree audit systems, preferably experience with Degree Works or similar software.

Familiarity with academic program requirements, transfer credit evaluation, and graduation processes in a higher education setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
